Prenatal Consultation

Prepare for a confident start to your feeding journey from the comfort of your home. This consultation is designed to help expectant parents understand what to expect in the early days of feeding and develop a plan that aligns with your goals. Together, we will create a feeding plan that supports your families unique needs and help you feel prepared for a positive feeding experience.

Follow-up Consultation

Appointment for existing patients. Providing ongoing support as you and your baby continue your feeding journey from the comfort of your own home. Appointment that is tailored to address new concerns, monitor progression, and adjust your feeding plan as needed.

Initial Consultation

Appointment for new clients, or previous clients if it's the first appointment with baby. Providing personalized support and care for you and your baby in the comfort of your own home. During this visit, we will discuss your feeding goals , review your health history and your baby's history, assess feeding concerns, and observing a feeding session when appropriate.

Introduction to Formula

This consultation provides evidence-based education and personalized support for families who are considering and choosing formula feeding for their baby. During this visit, we will discuss feeding goals and provide guidance on preparing formula safely, understanding feeding cues, appropriate feeding volumes, paced bottle feeding, and supporting the growth of your baby.

Your Support Persons Role in Labor & Birth: Supporting with Confidence

Prepare your support person to support you throughout labor and birth. This interactive in-person class teaches evidence-based comfort techniques that can help promote relaxation, reduce tension, and increase confidence during labor. Topics include breathing and relaxation techniques, labor positions, comfort measures, massage and counterpressure, hip squeezes, movement, communication, advocacy, and ways to create a calm, supportive birth environment.

By the end of the class, support partners will leave with the knowledge and confidence to actively support their loved one throughout labor, helping them feel informed, connected, and prepared for the birth experience together.
